SMS Program Terms
These are the terms of Butlery's text message program. We've written them the way we write everything — plainly, never in fine print.
The program
Butlery sends service and appointment text messages to members, and to people who have joined the founding list and asked to hear from us by text. The program is operated by Butlery. It is not operated on behalf of any other company.
What we send
Visit confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling, arrival notices, questions from your Home Manager about work you have requested, and updates on work in progress. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never send messages on behalf of a third party or affiliate.
How you opt in
You give us a mobile number and check the consent box when you join the founding list at butleryhome.com. We then send a single confirmation message, and you reply YES before we send anything else. If you do not reply YES, you receive no further messages.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorised user of the number.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with the work in progress at your home. Most members receive a few messages a month; a month with several visits will carry more.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Butlery does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. You will receive one confirmation, and then nothing further. You can opt back in at any time by replying START, or by asking your Home Manager.

Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
