A dedicated Home Manager coordinates every vendor, repair, and seasonal task — so the running of your home stops running through your mind.
Join the founding listNinety minutes. One Butlery Technician who knows the house. Up to five list items cleared in a single visit — included every month with Home Steward. Your Home Manager plans the visit from a single text; you just send the list.
We bring the bulbs, batteries, and filters — priced below the big box, shown beside retail so you can check. Anything Massachusetts reserves for licensed trades, your Home Manager routes to our vetted electricians and plumbers, with one transparent fee and never a markup.

A structured, photographed assessment of your home, delivered as a severity-tiered Home Wellness Report you keep either way. A typical report surfaces ten to twelve findings; your first month's credits resolve two or three. The rest become the plan.
Our guarantee Every dollar of your Wellness Check comes back as membership credit when you join within thirty days. If the report does not show you something worth fixing, the check is free.
One message — even a photo of the problem. Your Home Manager plans the visit, checks your credits, and proposes two times. You reply with one tap.
Your Butlery Technician arrives with the plan and the materials, clears the list, and documents everything with photos — into your home's permanent record.
Seasonal care is scheduled before you think of it. Your Documentation Vault grows with every visit. The house stops surprising you.

The list never ends; your weekends shouldn't go to it. One monthly visit clears the small things before they become the big things.

The watch, the arrival, the calendar →The running of our home finally stopped running through my head. One person knows the house, and that changes everything.
No more chasing three contractors for one repair. I text once, and it is simply handled — quietly and well.
They caught two small issues before they became expensive ones. The seasonal check alone is worth the membership.

One credit equals one dollar — always. Your balance is, by definition, a dollar amount, and every service carries a published credit price. Top-ups cost $1.15, $1.10, or $1.05 per credit depending on your tier.
They roll forward for three months, up to twice your monthly allowance — and your Home Manager will suggest good uses before they accumulate. If you ever cancel, remaining credits stay redeemable for 30 days. Bonus credits we gift you expire 60 days after they're granted; credits you've paid for are never gamed.
Ninety minutes, up to five list items, one larger item (like a TV mount) at most. Your Home Manager plans it from your list, so nothing is discovered on-site. If work runs long, your technician asks first — approved time is one credit per minute, agreed in the moment, never invoiced as a surprise.
Six months is one full seasonal cycle — the cadence it takes to learn a home and bring it into rhythm. You can pause for up to 60 days a year, anytime, and cancel after the founding term with 30 days' notice. Your founding rate stays locked for as long as you stay.
Massachusetts reserves fixture replacement, electrical work, and most plumbing for licensed trades — stricter than almost any state, and we follow it to the letter. Your Home Manager routes that work to our vetted licensed electricians and plumbers, with one transparent coordination fee shown as a single line. Vendors are paid their full quoted rate; we never mark up.
Only at honest prices. Our van stocks the bulbs, batteries, filters, and small parts visits usually need — bought in bulk and sold at roughly 10% below big-box retail, with the comparison shown. Small shop supplies like screws and anchors are always included free.

Founding membership is capped at 25 homes — one Home Manager, two towns, and a standard we won't dilute. Join the list; we'll reach out in order, with your founding rate held.
