Get your
Saturdays back.

The list never ends — the bulbs, the drip, the thing that's been loose since March. One monthly visit clears it, planned from a single text, so the weekend belongs to the family again.

One text on Tuesday, not a weekend of errands.
Five things done by lunch, not five tabs of contractors.
A manager who knows your house, not a stranger with an app.

You, in ten seconds

The list

You text it as it happens — photo of the wobbly towel bar, voice note about the running toilet. Your Home Manager keeps the running list so you don't have to.

Us, in ninety minutes

The visit

First Tuesday, 9 a.m., same technician. The toilet, the bulbs, the towel bar, the squeak, the filter — done, photographed, logged. Credits shown to the dollar.

All season long

The quiet part

Gutters get scheduled before the leaves. The furnace filter changes itself, as far as you're concerned. The house stops being a second job.

Why it works for families

Small things, handled
before they grow.

  • A monthly Fix-It Visit — up to five list items in ninety minutes, included with Home Steward
  • We bring the bulbs, batteries, and filters, priced below the big box and shown beside retail
  • Childproofing done right: gates, latches, anchored furniture and mirrors
  • One credit = one dollar, published prices, never a surprise invoice
  • Bigger jobs quoted from vetted, licensed local pros — one transparent fee, never a markup

“Most families' entire small-repair backlog fits in three visits. After that, it's maintenance — and your weekends are yours.”

Plain terms

Asked, answered.

How fast does the backlog actually clear?

A typical family backlog is 10–15 small items. Founding members start with a doubled first month of credits — two visits' worth — so most homes are current within 60 days, then one visit a month keeps it that way.

Do we need to be home for visits?

No. Most families set up a lockbox or smart-lock at onboarding; access details live securely in your home's record. You get photos of everything completed before you're back from work.

What if our list is bigger than one visit?

Your Home Manager splits it across visits or proposes a second slot — nothing is silently dropped, and you approve the plan before anything is scheduled.

Can you handle kid-related projects?

Yes — gates, cabinet latches, anchoring bookcases and dressers, hanging the growth chart. Anything Massachusetts reserves for licensed trades, like outlet covers that need rewiring, we route to our vetted electricians.
